Service Description

Research says our children are not as active as they used to be, and this is translating into their schooling and confidence. We want to provide a platform where we come alongside parents and coaches to see how we can best awaken a lifelong pursuit of fun through physical activity, from junior to senior scholars and students.

Cancellation Policy

As your health and fitness professional, if I am unable to keep an appointment for any reason and unable to give you at least 12 hours notice, you will receive one free session. If you are unable to give me at least 12-hours notice of cancellation, I will require you to make a normal payment. This policy also applies to no-shows. Note: Please be on time for your session. If you are late, the session will still finish on time.
