WHAT TO EXPECT IN A WORKOUT LES MILLS GRITâ„¢ Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. LES MILLS GRIT Cardio takes HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

Cancellation Policy

As your health and fitness professional, if I am unable to keep an appointment for any reason and unable to give you at least 12 hours notice, you will receive one free session. If you are unable to give me at least 12-hours notice of cancellation, I will require you to make a normal payment. This policy also applies to no-shows. Note: Please be on time for your session. If you are late, the session will still finish on time.
