This class operates on the principle of interval training, targeting muscle staying power. It's designed to improve muscle tone and increase your metabolism. Cancellation Policy
As your health and fitness professional, if I am unable to keep an appointment for any reason and unable to give you at least 12 hours notice, you will receive one free session. If you are unable to give me at least 12-hours notice of cancellation, I will require you to make a normal payment. This policy also applies to no-shows. Note: Please be on time for your session. If you are late, the session will still finish on time.
